As a private chef & UT Dallas featured alumna, Mollie has had the privilege of creating sumptuous dishes for an awarded BMW Motorsports team and competing on Masterchef and Chopped while jet-setting across the country. When back in town, Chef turns to crafting intimate dining experiences, curating delectable tasting menus, and leaving her mark at renowned food events like the Dallas Food & Wine Festival, Taste of Dallas, and Chefs for Farmers. Cooking with heart, Chef loves to share her passion through classes & demos at the Dallas Arboretum, Texas State Fair and beyond. Mollie is dedicated to giving back and making a difference through work with Genesis Women's Shelter and empowering young minds in school programs across the metroplex.
Her foundation began with a 3-year Culinary Program and various roles in the food industry.From there, she started a seasonal Pop-Up restaurant on Lake Texoma and took her creations to a Healthy Meal Prep Service, Catering Events, as well as Private Multi-Course Tasting Menus.
Mollie prides herself on taking traditional flavors & and ingredients from various cultures and utilizing them in new and surprising ways. Her passion for sustainability and giving back to the community have always mirrored her desire to evoke the same joy through her food that was put into its creation.
