Custom Cuisine

Chef Mollie has always had a love for the art & creation of food. Her foundation began with a 3-year Culinary Program and various roles in the food industry. With a love for learning & looking for more, it wasn’t until competing in a nationally televised cooking competition, Master Chef. That she took the biggest leap of faith to sell her house and fully commit to building her own business from the ground up. From there, she started a seasonal Pop-Up restaurant on Lake Texoma and took her creations to a Healthy Meal Prep Service, Private Events, Catering, as well as Private Multi-Course Tasting Menus.

Mollie prides herself on taking traditional flavors & ingredients from various cultures and utilizing them in new and surprising ways. Her passion for sustainability and giving back to the community have always mirrored her desire to evoke the same joy through her food that was put into its creation.
